    An Intermediate Pilates Reformer class is an engaging and dynamic workout that builds upon the foundational principles and exercises of Pilates while introducing more challenging movements and variations. This class is designed for individuals who have a solid understanding of Pilates Reformer technique and are ready to take their practice to a higher level.

  • Advanced Reformer

    Advanced Reformer

    In addition to the progressive sequence of intermediate and advanced exercises, this class features a unique element where participants choose a very advanced move to practice at the end of each session. sessions are 50 minutes

  • Sculpt - Physique 57

    In this signature class, we break down our proprietary positions and the science behind our proven sculpting method. Perfect for those new to the barre or those looking to refine their form and level up results. Get energized by our proprietary process of Interval Overload- high intensity, low-impact sequences combining strength training, cardio, and stretching

  • Power Sculpt - Physique 57

    Achieve next level results with more intense strength training variations and higher reps. You’ll increase cardiovascular endurance and tone every muscle group from head to toe. All levels welcome- options provided to customize your workout. Get energized by our proprietary process of Interval Overload- high intensity, low-impact sequences combining strength training, cardio, and stretching.

    Discover muscles you never knew you had by taking the beauty of Sculpt down to the mat with this fun and fiery format. Chisel every muscle and tone your core with powerful ab-focused moves and get supercharged from the inside out. 

REGULAR CLASSES

  • ART YOGA

    TRX meets the Yoga Trapezes, RAD Roller Tools and Wonder Wheel in a beautifull marriage called Air Roll Traxion aka ART Yoga.

    This 60 minute workout combines traditional mat yoga asana, and kryas with TRX strength, yoga wheel balance and yoga trapeze spinal traction for a complete workout.

  • Hatha Yoga

    Meaning “Discipline of Force” in Sanskrit, Hatha Yoga stresses mastery of the body until the mind is withdrawn from external objects. Classes start with a gentle warm-up and end in meditation.

  • Ashtanga Yoga

    This challenging, yet safe practice was developed by Michelle following her travels to Mysore India to counter the numerous primary series forward folds by introducing the second series backbends and many other challenging poses like some inversions that the primary series omits to do leading to a more balanced practice for the body.

    The traditional jump required between primary and second series is great but with the 1.5 express series, every asana has a modification until the body is ready for the full expression of the pose.

    The Express 1.5 series incorporates some pranayama, asana and a short meditation to close the session.

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Using the breath to create a seamless flow between a series of individual postures (or asanas), Vinyasa is the most popular yoga practice around the world. Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.

  • Circuit Training

    A workout designed around different machines and exercises and performed at high intensity, it increases overall endurance, improves heart health and promotes weight loss.

  • Pilates Mat

    Pilates Mat is a versatile and popular exercise tool designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. It is a simple yet effective workout method that can be performed on a comfortable mat, making it accessible for individuals of all fitness levels.

  • Booty and Core

    Booty & Core Blast is an invigorating and dynamic fitness class that specifically targets two key areas of the body: the booty (glutes) and the core muscles. This high-energy class is designed to help you sculpt and strengthen your lower body while also toning and defining your abdominal muscles.
